To provide the Timbal AI platform and services (the “Services”), TIMBAL TECH, S.L. (“Timbal AI”) relies on a number of trusted third parties that may process Customer Data on our behalf (the “Sub-processors”).
This page is published for transparency purposes and forms part of the Timbal AI Terms of Service and any applicable Order Form (together, the “Agreement”), as well as the Data Processing Addendum. It provides information regarding the Sub-processors engaged by Timbal AI in connection with the provision of the Services in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and, where applicable, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”).
Timbal AI remains responsible for the selection, integration, configuration, security and oversight of its Sub-processors and for their compliance with the obligations applicable to them as sub-processors. Where a Sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
Notice of changes
Timbal AI keeps this list up to date for the duration of the engagement and will inform Customers of any addition, replacement or material modification of a Sub-processor that may affect the provision of the Services, the security of information, confidentiality or the processing of personal data. Customers who reasonably consider that a new Sub-processor may affect the security, confidentiality, regulatory compliance or their legitimate interests may object as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
